Abstract
In this paper we discuss mathematical method and analysis of sorting of two sets of data. We consider non-quantitive data which do not have ordering properties. The sorting is based on quantitative data, a sequence of real numbers which corresponds to the data. We present a method to seek common elements of two sets, subset of the two, and the corresponding function defined on the subset to the sequence of real numbers. Hence, we have a set of non-quantitative data with the corresponding sequence of real numbers. We introduce a mathematical concept of sorting data based on the sequence of real numbers.
